Booking Your Place

Places are booked on a 'first come first served' basis.

Places cost £79.00 per person.  This includes refreshments, lunch (including vegetarian options) and all conference materials.

For group bookings of 3 or more people, this is reduced to:

£75.00 per person, for London
£72.00 per person, for Manchester, 20 March 2010

For bookings of 15 or more people, please email us for a quote.

For group bookings, please post all the application forms to us in a single envelope.

On receipt of your application, we will email you within 4 working days with a ticket and with joining instructions. If the event is fully booked we will post a notice on this website to that effect and your cheque will not be cashed. 

We accept cheques made payable to 'Epoc Careers & Training'. To keep our prices low, we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

If your school, or another funding organisation, is paying for your place and needs an invoice, please send your application form with an authorising letter / email from the organisation. The authorising letter should contain the name and address of the organisation making payment, the contact details of the person who will be authorising payment, and a purchase order number if required by the organisation making payment.

Booking Terms

On completing the application form, the following terms and conditions apply:

This event is organised by Epoc Careers Conferences.
Payment is required in advance of the event.
Epoc Careers Conferences will never sell or trade your personal information - such as email addresses or other contact details.
Cheques should be made payable to Epoc Careers & Training. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
An email ticket for the event, giving details of the venue will be sent in acknowledgement of all bookings, within four days of receipt of the application form.
If the event is fully booked before the receipt of your application, your payment will be refunded in full.
Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time.
 Cancellations or transfers between events must be made by email and will be subject to a 20% administration charge. No refunds or transfers can be made within 28 days of the event.
Epoc Careers Conferences is not liable for travel expenses or any other costs incurred by delegates in attending the event.
Delegates are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Activity that causes or could cause disturnbance to other people may result in instant dismissal from the course. In such a case no refund will be made. 
 Any delegate causing loss or damage to persons or property will be held liable for the damage they have caused. 
Epoc Careers Conferences may need to change the venue and / or speakers and reserves the right to do so. A programme for the event is available on our website. 
Our speakers talk about their own experiences and opinions. Epoc Careers Conferences is not responsible for their comments.
Epoc Careers Conferences reserves the right to cancel the event and refund the booking fees.
